Destinations and cost
Free standard shipping applies to all orders delivered within the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. We do not offer delivery to U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or locations outside the United States.
Handling and transit
Order handling takes 1–2 business days. Shipping transit takes 3–4 business days after dispatch. Together, the estimated total is 4–6 business days. These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
Business days and cutoff
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Our daily cutoff is 07:00 PM (GMT−06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago). The offset stays fixed at UTC−06:00 throughout the year and does not follow daylight saving time. Orders placed before the cutoff on a business day use that day as the handling start. Orders placed at or after cutoff, during weekends or on holidays use the next business day. Handling and transit are separate periods.
